The Girl Up club at Lawrence E. Elkins High School focuses on promoting female empowerment amongst the student body and creating inspiring leaders in our community. By joining this club, girls will be able to gain a sense of confidence by participating in fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings. This club will not only be directed towards "girl power" but will unite girls with a strong bond. Our mission is to give girls a voice and do our part in the movement for gender equality.

Girl Up ignites the empowerment of girls, by girls around the world. In partnership with the United Nations, we stand up for girls, speak up for programs that help them thrive, and rise up as a community of advocates out to change the world, for good.
